I stayed at Hotel Avenida for one night while hiking the Camino Portuguese. The hotel is conveniently located just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Despite its cheap price, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and tidy, with friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was strong. The breakfast, while typical continental, was plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and quality.

I stayed at Hotel Avenida for a concert at the nearby Casino in Povoa. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the Casino. The staff at the reception were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the working aircon and the option to choose between a bathtub or a shower. The breakfast, served on the top floor with big windows, was good enough for the price. The owner went out of their way to help me with the internet, showing great dedication.

The hotel had a 24-hour front desk and a lift, which was convenient. The room was decently sized with a fridge and a functional bathroom. The reception staff were always polite and friendly. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast served on the 6th floor was enjoyable.

Finding parking was difficult as there was no parking available in front of the hotel and the surrounding streets were full. The only option was a parking garage that was quite expensive and charged every 15 minutes.

the staff were great, the room was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast on the sixth floor was very nice. Avenida exceeded my previous stay in Povoa de Varzim with their excellent service and delightful facilities.

There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a delicious meal. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and a functional bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was satisfying. The hotel had a nice view from the balcony and offered good facilities.

One minor drawback was the lack of tea/coffee in the room.

One aspect that we didn't enjoy about our stay was the parking situation. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have its own parking, and street parking was limited to certain hours.

This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is SUPER convenient, with a direct Metro link and the beach just a short walk away. The staff are friendly and bilingual, and the breakfast is jaw-droppingly good value. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I really enjoyed the hotel's beautiful decoration and cozy atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and had a charming vintage touch. As a senior, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with wide hallways and conveniently located elevators. It made getting around much easier for me.

The only thing that would have made the vacation even better for senior people like me is if there were more activities or services specifically tailored to our needs. I would have loved to see more organized tours or events catered towards older guests.
